Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring outlets, switches, and fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and maintain them properly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours.
