Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging and setting poles/boxes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions and measurements).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods.
