Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and needs.
- Handle electrical materials and equipment with care and precision.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; we are looking for motivated individuals ready to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
