Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Run and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
- Pull wire through conduit and organize cables to ensure neatness and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on existing electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members on job sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
