Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Blueprint Analysis: Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical circuits.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct routine inspections to ensure all electrical systems are safe and compliant with OSHA and NEC regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for our clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain technical details and ensure they understand the work being performed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Tools: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
