Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior staff.
