Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under supervision.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to understand wiring layouts.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by moving materials, clearing debris, and setting up temporary power.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering basic questions about the work being performed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- License: Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn the electrical trade.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
