Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure all work adheres to OSHA safety standards and company quality protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Document work performed, materials used, and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proven expertise with blueprint reading, circuit design, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in team environments under tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
