Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance according to local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and apprenticeship students.
- Complete all necessary documentation and permit paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Florida (or ability to relocate).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable field experience in electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills for job tracking and reporting.
