Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Utilize power tools, testing equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project status clearly.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Complete all required paperwork, permits, and inspections on time.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (Master preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable field experience.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding Ohio areas.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
