Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial/residential plumbing systems during night shifts
- Install water heaters, boilers, and complex piping networks
- Perform emergency pipe bursts and sewer line repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC/plumbing integration points
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Illinois plumbing codes
- Manage inventory and order supplies for job sites
- Document service reports using digital maintenance software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
