Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform diagnostic plumbing services including leak detection, drain clearing, and fixture replacement
- Adhere to Ohio plumbing codes and safety protocols at all job sites
- Use and maintain specialized tools including pipe cutters, wrenches, and drain snakes
- Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain required state plumbing certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic computer skills for reporting
