Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installation and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential hazards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of math and mechanical concepts is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
