Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and project managers regarding progress and potential issues.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior apprentice electricians when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in the electrical trade.
- Proficiency in reading and utilizing electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
