Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems according to local and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Perform preventative maintenance and regular safety checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
