Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Help with basic troubleshooting and wiring tasks under direct supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members on-site.
- Maintain all company tools and equipment in good working order.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- A strong desire to learn the trade and obtain an electrical license.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Columbus area.
