Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, outlets, switches, and panel boards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent state certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable field experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment proficiently.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency repairs.
