Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Work alongside experienced electricians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Equipment Handling: Learn to use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Project Support: Help prepare job sites, organize materials, and ensure work areas are clean and compliant with safety regulations.
- System Troubleshooting: Observe and assist in diagnosing electrical faults and learning to follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Blueprint Reading: Gain hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, providing updates on job progress and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience required; we teach the trade, you bring the attitude.
- High School Diploma: Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of mathematics (addition, subtraction, fractions) is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety protocols and precise workmanship.
