Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
