Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team leads and other tradespeople
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between Illinois and Texas sites
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates
