Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, devices, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to determine the best course of action.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Install and test equipment, such as transformers, switchboards, and controllers.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
