Responsibilities
- Perform residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate work and compliance with project specs.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, faults, and ensure adherence to safety codes.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and oscilloscopes.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (Apprentices accepted with proof of enrollment).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
