Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, clamp meters, and testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
