Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Install and terminate wiring, conduits, and electrical components (outlets, switches, lighting fixtures).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical work.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
