Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Manage weekend shift schedules (Friday-Sunday) with occasional weekday flexibility
- Provide detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional electrical experience with valid Florida Electrician license
- Proven expertise in both residential and commercial electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and smart home systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive projects
