Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to restore functionality efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent future failures.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (Applicants with significant experience and apprenticeship training will be considered).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
