Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and safety compliance.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical infrastructure is integrated correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper tool organization and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license required (Apprentices considered with high school diploma/GED).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential wiring.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage detectors, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
