Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including wiring, fixture installation, and circuit testing.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors.
Qualifications
- No experience required; we provide paid training and mentorship.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License (required for travel to various job sites).
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
