Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and multimeters, effectively and safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project success.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Strong willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
