Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NFPA 70E).
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Assist in training apprentices and junior electricians as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on job sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
