Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic understanding of math and geometry is helpful for electrical calculations.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
