Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate progress effectively.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and training junior staff when required.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license (State of Washington) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
