Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance inspections and safety checks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and National Electrical Code.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
