Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering strictly to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Tool Management: Learn to use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Material Handling: Help unload, organize, and prepare materials for daily jobs.
- Basic Wiring: Perform simple wiring tasks and assist in pulling wire and installing outlets under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally and answer basic questions regarding the work in progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel to job sites.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic measurements and calculations.
- Work Ethic: A strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
