Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to plan installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC/NY codes).
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and status.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (NJ or NY).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required.
