Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, concrete finishing, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions from foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
