Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with local codes.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Install and terminate conduit, wires, and cables according to specifications.
- Ensure all job sites are cleaned up and organized upon completion.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work on ladders, in attics, and in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and material estimation.
- Strong willingness to learn new techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
