Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure safety compliance and system efficiency.
- Prepare work areas by gathering materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the job.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and site safety.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; vocational training is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
