Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Coordinate emergency electrical repairs during overnight operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on high-voltage equipment
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven night shift or graveyard shift work history
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC 2020 updates and local ordinances
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
