Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing using advanced electrical meters and diagnostic tools
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Lead emergency repair operations during critical business downtime
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Document all work using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLC integration
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical faults
- Ability to work independently in minimal supervision environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
