Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure full compliance with NEC safety standards and local regulations
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate with project teams
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during night hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
- Expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for HVAC and industrial systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, confined spaces, and lifting 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
