Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems with precision and efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on critical infrastructure projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
- Document all work activities and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota electrician license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting high-voltage systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
