- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for seamless execution
- Lead safety inspections and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain high-quality work standards
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience
- Proven expertise in industrial/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient and smart technologies
