Responsibilities
- Execute electrical repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently under pressure.
- Utilize power tools and test meters to verify circuit integrity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting hazards immediately.
- Document all work orders and completed tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Physically capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
