Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and circuit failures efficiently during night hours.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor controls, and PLC systems is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
