Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and control devices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layouts and wiring paths.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and switchgear.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate time and material logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
