Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and systems.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, and control systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and local/national electrical codes.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical systems and ensure continuity of operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues during the night shift promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License and clean driving record.
