Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems, fixtures, and wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute job specifications.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards.
- Respond to emergency service calls during the night shift with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, circuit testers) accurately.
- Document work orders and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
