Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities during overnight shifts
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to execute projects accurately
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (NFPA 70E, OSHA) and lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and system continuity
- Document maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Respond to emergency electrical issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Basic math skills for voltage/current calculations
- Physical stamina to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Willingness to pursue electrical certification after 6 months
