Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Document work orders and maintain safety records
- Respond to emergency calls during night shift hours
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from the ground up
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Texas Electrician License within 6 months
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
